Rathole Traffic on Sundays and Mondays

Hey guys, I'm considering heading out to the Harriman/Rockwood,TN. area on Sunday and Monday,  what is traffic like on those 2 days, do all the intermodals still run?    I know here on the Piedmont Division, these days are the slowest 2 days of the week for traffic, as most intermodals ain't loaded on Saturdays or Sundays.

Regarding the intermodals, you most likely won't see 23G or 229 on Sunday or Monday.

Sundays can be hit or miss, but are usually pretty busy, and the same for Monday. Traditionally, Friday and Saturday are the busiest  days out there, and Sunday the slowest.

229 does not run on Sunday, but besides that, all of the normal daily stuff will. 23G is a 7 day a week train, but you probably wont be seeing that one on the CNO&TP unless you are out after dark.
