VW PLANT IN CHATANOOGA

With VW's announcement to build an assembly plant 12 miles outside of the city in the Enterprise South Industrial Park  I am wondering what anyone on JReb
can fill us in on NS's roll in this plant, to begin operation in 2011. It looks like NS has direct access to this industrial site, and CSX track is around  1/2 mile to the west of it. Any positive automotive related news for NS will be apprecitated.

So I heard on the radio (FM) today that Volkswagen WILL be opening a new factory in Chattanooga.  Does anyone know where in Chatt this we be?  Hopefully it will have rail access.  More hopeful it would be NS rail access.  Who knows, maybe even put in a mixing center.

it will be out there on the old VAAP site ,   near Tyner and Summit on your RR.       Rail access by NS , TVRM ,
and CSX if they choose to rebuild their track that once went there.

I saw one of tvrm locos pushing an air compresser and pulling a guy on a cart spraying weeds through there I was in VAAP w/ a drilling company ding some work the loco was an old alco 89 something
