NS cars blown into Sandusky (OH) Bay

It looks like an NS manifest train had 4 or so cars blown off the
Sandusky Bay (OHIO) bridge into the water by heavy overnight winds.
This is not the first time  this has happened, the last being some Triple Crowns. Before that some stacks when it was Conrail.  One HAZMAT car is not accounted for and may be in the drink. Happened approximately 0430 on 1.30. There are supposedly high wind sensors to warn of this possibility.
