How do you enter the calendar contest?

Question for employees as this is only open to them: How do you enter the calendar contest? I looked over my current copy and I find reference to a deadline of Aug 1 but no instructions for how you enter. I suspect its on the ERC but I have not been able to find it as of yet. Thanks to anyone that can direct me.

I am specifically looking for the format, resolution of photos and the department to send to.
