How do I upload an MP3 file?

Hi, did a search with no result on how to upload an MP3.  I have a floppy record from the N&W company magazine that I've converted to MP3 format that is 1.79 Mb that I would like to share here.

"There's No Stopping Us" which was done by employees.  I haven't even found a trace of it after several internet searches.

First off, sorry about the double tap, don't know how that happened. 

The only way I've found to share this is by uploading it to the files sections of these groups:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/norfolk-western-rr/files/
http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/norfolksouthernsystem/files/

It's pretty good, kind of a Johny Cash sound.  Hope you enjoy.

We have attaching audio files turned off for the forums. We don't want people attaching music that is copywritten and then jerb would be on the hook for allowing the sharing. In the future relevant requests fton post audio files that do not need a license can be handked through the admins.
