Jefferson County Tomorrow, the group that defies the proposed Intermodal yard for New Market, TN, posts a video that makes a very unfair and inaccurate assumption about Norfolk Southern's environmentally friendly locomotives...

Well if the idiots knew that not all diesel locomotives blow up every day ... and imagine allllll the trucks this one train takes of the road plus the new emissions testing going on ... ahhh whatever get a clue if your gonna raise hell about something

You ride dirty, it's not like people are not looking. :

A properly tuned Diesel engine will not smoke...under load.

If it smokes, that's an indication it needs attention. Riding it dirty 'till it dies seams like a waste, though I know most of the damage is already done.

Fifty trains can pass and no one notices until a smoker comes along...

I know, the tonnage and schedule demands "go 'till she blows".... ;D

I also think I know two railroaders soon to be unemployed... ...as if they cared...

I have seen the train segment part of the video, from the author's youtube channel.  I just couldn't find his channel to inform him of what kind of use that his video is getting...on the other hand, I went to the JCT video and posted a comment.  I challenge you all to do the same.

Ok, the owner of the JCT video has been reported to youtube, and supposedly their video will be removed by youtube for copyright violations.
