work train question

down here on the AGS they have parked some camp cars. there is a diner car, #521414, that i've been able to find out was rebuilt in 2010 but can't find any history on it other than being built in '22. anybody have any idea where i can look to see where this car has been during the last 89 years?

Looking at some mechanical info I have here at hand, that car was rebuilt by N&W to a MofW Bunk-Cook-Diner car in April 1967 from a Pullman car, but no other background info is listed.  It was assigned to the Brewster, Ohio wreck train until the 80's and then ended up with the Bluefield wreck train.

that's a good start. i found some pix when it was black and looking bad, just a old MofW car, but it looks good now. i bet it was fine when it was new. thanks for the info, if i find anything else i'll post it. i know it's just a old car but it's neat to see it looking good.
