It is an extremely accurate, modern-day simulation utilizing unique train schedules for each day, prototypical operations, and more. Just head on over to the JREB home page, click on the "Train Dispatcher 3 Territories" icon and navigate to the "NS West End" page, where you can find a detailed description of the territory and a download link.
