Is NS contracting out painting on new UP engines at the shop in Altoona? 6 UP UP SD70ACe's where reported to have been shipped there in primer over the  last week.

EMD has contracted with NS to complete and paint around 40 new UP engines at Altoona.

UP 8425  8424 and 8431 are ready to be released from JLS and should move West sometime this week.
