134 Odd/Unusual on the River Line

NS Train 134 was setting out NS6556 (SD60) on the Newport House Track at 4 this evening.  This is the first odd/unusual as 134 is usually through Newport between 6am to noon daily.

Around 5pm, 134 got moving (verly slowly) through town, it had 10 loaded autoracks on the tail end.  That is the second odd/unusual.  I did not know that the River Line was cleared for autoracks.
