"Here and There" Monday--3/26/07

My day today on NS was more like a "Here and There" type of day. Here is the breakdown:

216: UP 3780, UP4364(both SD70M's)-Faulkner Rd
143: 2585/9114/9644-Faulkner Rd
223: 8986/7540-Shuttleworth
57Q: BNSF 5217/8969-North Wye


Spent two to three hours or so on the LS seeing if anymore trains would be coming eastward.  Along came a hyrailer and so followed him. Along the way I heard the T19 working in Lawrenceburg and got to see what his power would be.
T19: 4633(GP59, OLS)-Lawrenceburg

Then as I heard a westbound about to arrive at Talmage, I then found out that a track gang was working west of Manetta, thus the reason for the Looooong lull.    Did I mention a westbound, NS 284.
284: 8706-Talmage

Onto Harrodsburg and after following the hyrailer from Waddy and Talmage, he had to get off in Harrodsburg to let NS Eye 87 through.
I87: 9790-East Harrodsburg

Over to Wilmore and another T&S gang, and 235 makes an appearance.
235: UP4967, 5170 (again both SD70M's)-Wilmore.

By this time it was getting close to going home and so ends my "Here and There" day on NS.
