Saturday 10/18/14 The "Honoring Our Veterans" SD60E #6920 was the leader on Southbound 147 out of Cincinnati.  The Forecast for the day had been "Mostly Sunny" all week, but yep...you guess it...nothing but clouds and even a little rain.

Carmon & I had planned on going out shooting anyway, so we dived head first into the dark, moody weather and tried our luck with the 6920 and a few other trains. As many of you know, we are not scared off by bad weather, but on a cloudy day it might as well be pouring rain...but all we had was a little light drizzle...oh well.  I think we did pretty good considering, and the bright colors on the 6920 looked pretty good against the muted colors of Fall.

Below are a few teasers, and you can find the whole set in full size at this link >>>>  http://www.pbase.com/kd4jsl/nsocs_heritage2014
