Chesterton, IN, web cam sightings.

Good afternoon everyone,

A quick question from England:- I've been watching the Railstream cam at Chesterton a lot recently, but today I note that every train heading either East or West is going past the camera at a snails' pace.

Can anyone please say why this is?.
