CSX Reroutes on NS this weekend

CSX seems to have suffered some manner of nasty wheel/rail interface issue today around Washington DC. As result, they are detouring some trains over the NS.

NS 075, a CSX Q416 with CSX power departed Petersburg Va tonight on the NS, and it seems there will more as needed.
