NS in Chicago inquiries

I was wondering if someone could help me with the routing of the NS trains as soon as they get to Chicago/NW Indiana.  I know most of the traffic is on the ex-NYC and ex-NKP, but when they enter Chicago, the trains scatter to the 4 winds.  I know most of the intermodals originate/terminate at 47th, 63rd, Landers and Calumet.  However, does every "all-rail" intermodal interchange to the UP and BNSF happen at Ashland Ave?

I know the roadrailers to the UP come out of Calumet, follow the ex-Wabash past Landers Yard, then they get on the IHB at Chicago Ridge.  Do they exit the IHB and onto UP rails at Proviso Yard?  What other NS trains go through Chicago Ridge?

Manifest, auto, coal, grain, and other trains are a bit harder for me to decipher.  Where is the interchange point and routing for NS trains going to BNSF, UP, CN, CP, BRC, and IHB?

Sorry if this is asking a lot, for I know NS runs a lot of trains in the area.  Any help will be appreciated though.  Thanks!

Andrew
