NS logo clothing sold at McDonough

I was wondering if anyone out there remembered the name of the person who sold the NS clothing and hats, etc, usually out of his van to students, new hires and the like and how to get in touch with him. I was wanting to obtain a hooded sweatshirt with the "18 wheels don't impress us" logo on it for a friend but don't remember the man's name, and would like to contact him to obtain one if possible. Thanks again for any help with contact info, etc.
