NS Southern Tier Line

What manifests come up the Southern Tier Line to Buffalo and back down (for instance 12T) and at around what time of the day usually? I know of a few but not all of them or their times/destinations. I just purchased a scanner finally but i'm not sure if it will help with NS trains.
