Atlas N scale Amtrak Dash 8-32BWH Phase V

This is all Atlas has even though they have a photo of the Phase V unit on the main locomotive page.

Does anyone know where I could track one of these things down at? Appears they were last made in 2008 and I've looked on ebay and a few of the online hobby stores that I know of. Google & Bing searches turn up nothing.

Yes I've seen and am currently bidding on that unit. Broken. Front trucks fall off. Doesn't run. Going to end up losing my shirt on it probably.
