F or E units on NS

I forget now where I saw it but there was an article along with some photos about some E or F units that NS purchased to run some business trains with. Come to think of it I may have seen the pic on RP.net. If I remember right the units had a clean paint job already and were a dark green with a red stripe. Does anyone else know more about these units and their future use?
