New Signals: Jessamine to Bishop--UPDATE by NScnotp1

Just want to bring you up to speed on the status of the new signals between Jessamine and Bishop.

It looks as though those new tricolors are going to be turned on pretty soon. I was on my way into work on Wednesday and drove by Southern States in Nicholasville and saw that the MP 93 signals were turned toward Southern States when they were facing each other the other day.

That gave me an indication that the changeover is coming pretty soon.

If anyone else has info on when they will be activated, please post it here.

I was off of work Thursday and decided to see what the new single track signals Milepost are.

Northbound from Jessamine:
Jessamine will stay the same
Nicholasville--MP 93.0
Baker Lane--MP 90.8
Brannon--MP 88.2(approximate)

Southbound from Bishop:
Bishop will stay the same
Brannon--MP 88.3(approximate)
Baker Lane--MP 90.9
Nicholasville--MP 93.1

The mileposts are labeled on the signals as of a few days ago, who knows, the activation could be days or maybe even hours away. Better get your shots of the old before the new kicks in.
