Emmett and myself are still trying to catch up on all the pictures from the last few months. It has been a busy year for us, but that's a good thing in this hobby! 9 states in 10 months for steam, F units and a little bit of everything else. I shudder to think how many miles we have driven!

Here are a few of my favorites from our last trip of the year, to the photo trip with the Southern SW-1's in Knoxville. The guys did a great job with this, and it seemed like everyone had a good time. This was the last trip of the year, and neither one of us have shot a train since.

Here are the pics, larger versions can be found at the link.  http://www.pbase.com/kd4jsl/trr2010

I Also shot a bunch of video. If you have not already seen them, check out our YouTube channel http://www.youtube.com/user/EMDhugger#play/uploads

A meet at General Shale, just outside of Knoxville 11/20/11

One of several runbys in the valley near the Holston River bridge

A going away shot at the same location. The sun was still low, and I loved the glint in this one.

SR 1007 leads the train past the photo line near Marbledale.

A roster shot of SR 1007.

Emmett and Chris discuss the switching and next moves during a break at Marbledale TN (they could almost pass for brothers)

Poor EB, zonked out after we got back to town. I thought he was just tired, but he had a 104 temp and a bad case of Salmonella poisoning. The next few days where not good at all.
