NS engineer with a mohawk, what!!!

Yesterday when I was out and about at Centralia, NS #223, locomotive # 6730 passed by me.   As he did the engineer popped his head out and all I saw was this guy with a mohawk.  I yelled at him,"nice hair" and he yelled back "thanks" with a big smile.  It was funny!!!! ;D  I know alot of you work for the NS so I was wondering does anyone know him?  I thought maybe he lost a bet or something and had to get this haircut.  Or maybe he is just a crazy mohawk kind of guy.  Just something you don't see everyday.

Im not exactly sure who that might have been but I got a pretty good idea. There are a few on the Louisville to Princeton pool that have them as well. One of thems is about a foot high.
