whats behind the tarp?

Yesterday on 144 thru Georgetown KY the first 6 cars had these tarped unknown loads on them.  They kinda look like passenger cars.  Not sure, anybody have any ideas?

You can see the doors at the end... looks like Bi-level cars that are popular with transit systems. But, just a guess. Dan

i've heard of the railroad losing loads before. reckon they've been hauling these things around for a month?
