Another railfan(George Redmond) found this locomotive sitting by itself in the NS New Pass at Centralia, IL today. Any word on how this long-nosed unit ended up there and where it might be going?

Not sure who dropped it off but its for a work train to help with the derailment cleanup at Posey.
