Tank Cars

About a week ago I was pulling into Debutts yard and I saw something I've never seen before.  A Norfolk Southern tank car.  Two of them together.  Both looked like thay just got painted.  I believe that thay are for fuel transfer.  Anyone seen these things before?

Yes, NS has tank cars for both company fuel delivery and MofW water use.  The diesel fuel tank cars are black and the MofW cars are green.

The ones I saw were black.   Haven't seen any green NS tanks yet. ;D

Southern had tank cars like that as well.
