Duncan Indiana Tunnel work

Heard through the grapevine today that NS has started some manner of work in and around the tunnel at Duncan Indiana, on the St. Louis District.   Supposed to be an undercutter up there, as well as other equipment. Enlarging, or just normal work??

I was up there around 9am this morning and they had a ton of people up there working and a lot of track equipment. There were 2 EB's stacked into the siding and they were there for atleast an hour if not longer. It looked like they were doing trackwork on the siding just outside of the tunnel bore. From what I saw it just looked like normal work.
