Norfolk Southern- The Pokey tunnel and bridge work

Does anyone know when this is suppose to start? I heard August of 2007, but that hasn't been confirmed. Once the work begins there will be reroutes on my line which is the NS Secondary. Our traffic will be great! We are suppose to get a lot of coal and freight. Hopefully I can see some of the reoutes before the bridge work is complete.
