Heard the dispatcher say that since Toyota has been shut down all week, nothing is going out of  Princeton. Train 285 was the longest coming through with 9 cars and train 283 left Huntingburg with only 5 cars.
Train 111 was out of St. Louis, but didn't hear a car count on it.
How in the world can they afford to run trains with that few cars?

All I heard today(01/01/07) was NS #111 and he was passing through Centralia about 1 p.m. . Yesterday all I heard was I believe NS #223, he got a track warrant from Coapman to Golden Gate(118 miles).  Now that tells you that the line was slow.   But it's the Holiday Season, what can you expect.

Things will get busy again starting early Wednesday. There actually was only a few trains that didnt run on Monday. Most were small and early so they got over the road quickly. 168-375-112 all very early from 8 to 14 hours. 285 and 239 wont run Tuesday but everything else will.
