NS 4270

I heard / read that the 4270 caught fire in the HEP during this last OCS run. Does anyone have more information? Is this common? Will they fix it up and get it back out in time for the next OCS run? Will this change OCS policy where they run regular power?

I assume damage from regular usage it accepted and they just fix it right up and get it back on the rails again, right? Or do the executive units get special rush repair work and bump regular locomotives needing repair back in line?
