Location information eh?

I noticed that in my previous post there was a lack of "where are we" in the image, so I figured this one would give more information then the last one. http://csxt4701.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1375597 basicly I'm courious if there is a diffrent way I could have shot this picture [ie zoomed up further. not as much zoom] and if there was a better angle I could have used, I was on a public road for the record.

Yes, in my opinion there was a better way. May I repost a cropped view of your picture in this thread to demonstrate?
