The folks at Factory Direct Trains are taking pre orders for one penny down and the rest of payment upon shipment. This is the only company I have seen doing this. So far Athearn  has the 911 and black SD60E slated for release. I believe the Vet unit and GO Rail will follow next year from what I read.
