September Photo Contest - NS trains and curves "Poll Up"

September Contest will be a NS only contest with NS trains and curves (images of trains coming around any curved right-of-way)

Deadline for entries will be 9/27/2017
2 Entries per user
Must either be a NS locomotive or on NS track.


Have fun and don't forget to vote for the August contest

NS T91, running long hood forward, is tied on to the head end of NS 123 to assist with the climb up Erlanger hill. Crescent Springs, Kentucky April 09, 2017.

The Norfolk Southern heritage unit leads NS 143 up Erlanger Hill in Crescent Springs, KY. April 01, 2016.

Here are two pics from July 18, 2013.  GE ES40CW #9924 is shown heading northbound, toward the left-hand curve at Parkers Lake, KY.  This image illustrates the rugged beauty of central Kentucky.  The second photo includes a Dash 9-40 NS#9159 leading a freight as it comes around the curve at Kings Mountain, KY.  An over-sized transformer is right behind the power on this southbound run.
