Does anybody know this crewman?

    I was looking through some old photos and came across the first one attached here.

It was made at Woodson Bend in 1998; near Garland Bend, near Burnside and Tateville, KY.  I wonder if anybody can recognize the operator?  I thought someone might be interested in this photo.


    Here is another photo from the same place, same day, same film roll.  The high bridge in the background is for Garland Bend Rd.
