NS 174

I show that NS 174 normally goes north from Macon, GA to Elkhart, IN via the CNO&TP.  However, this Saturday and Sunday it has come to Knoxville on the West End District and been routed north to Harriman on the K&O.  Does anyone know why this detour has occurred?  It's very unusual to see anything but northbound grain trains from Loudon get routed north via Coster.
