Want info on Winston Salem Southbound traffic

Does anyone know approximately how much traffic is currently being exchanged with CSX at Wadesboro by WSS (really by NS I assume)?  Thanks,

Another question.  According to the Hump yard list, Linwood builds a P94 train, described as a "Winston-Salem turn."  How does this train get to W-S?  Is there a physical track connection with Winston-Salem Southbound north of Linwood, or does this train go thru Greensboro and then over to W-S?
