A "Photoshopped" picture
« on: January 28, 2017, 12:13:19 PM »
I have a" lite" version of Photoshop, Elements 2.0.  I have had it for maybe three years, but have done very little with it.  I have been using PhotoImpact mostly since 2000 to work on photos.  Recently I found a book about Photoshop effects, and started trying some of that.  One effect is creating "lightning", and I tried that on one of my train photos.  I used two photos to make this one.  It isn't perfect, but that's how it worked out.  Blending the two photos was troublesome.  The lightning was easy, but it took several random trials to get one I liked.    I would rather have the lightning stay in the background, but it came all the way down, on every random try.  I might be able to do it differently.  It is a matter of book tutorial plus trial and error.  I thought I'd post it on here for review.
