office car

[AFT2101]

I saw a NS office car with a NS locomotive on each end of it pass by The Station Inn at Cresson Pa at 4:58 a.m. 31-Jan-16.  Heading towards Altoona. Any information on what this might be?  The locomotives were not the usual OCS F units.  Looked like GE units but not sure.

That would normally be units NS is testing.. Such as what is shown below. At least to my knowledge
