Rail Layoffs

CSX announced they are laying off close to 300 in Erwin,TN and last night announced close to 200 in Corbin,Ky due to declining coal traffic. I don't understand this when places like China are buying all the coal they can get. Any rumors for NS to follow suit in the future?

NS has already laid some of at Shire Oks PA and Conway PA.
