NS coal train on the FEC

Since the train consists of NS hopper cars I assume it was interchanged with NS in Jacksonville. Anyone know where it was loaded?
The locomotives are GE ES44C4s, unique to BNSF and FEC. Up until 2003 NS locomotives were sometimes run through on the FEC.
