Update on post update issues (Missing Buttons etc.)

We have been receiving reports of members missing some buttons such as the start new topic button or reply button and missing some functionality such as uploading attachments. I have been working on things for the past several days to try to resolve this, and I believe I have solved the problems. Let me know if you are still having issues and I will work to resolve them.

J.... Buttons showed back up on the ipad.....  9:17 AM update... All the buttons are back on my laptop running Google Chrome too...!!
