CSX Baltimore Division Files

Hello all! I have created a new TD3 sim. It is CSX's Capital, Metropolitan and Old Main Line Subs v1. I also have updated my Philadelphia Sub(now v3a) and Baltimore Terminal ( now v2). I have changed alot and got some good info on correct train operations, track speeds, grades and such. Please read the BALT DIV text file in each of the sims along with the text file for each sim.
