Can Dispatcher Display be Resized?

I have an old(free) laptop I am trying to set up for mobile tracking, but it has a really low screen resolution.  Because of this, the dispatcher display does not fit the screen very well.  I have to scroll a lot just to see what is going on.  Is there a way to re-size this?

Try hitting the Page Up or Page Down keys. Thats what I have to do to make the display fit right on my laptop which has a very high resolution.
