Posting pics

Okay give me the now how to post some pics. I seem to be doing it wrong. It is telling me the pic is to large.

There are two options for posting pictures. They can be attached to the post from the additional options menu at the bottom of the reply/post window, or they can be linked using a gallery service like photogbucket where the link is just pasted into the text of the post.

What is the size of the files you are trying to share?
